Rue de Lille, A Refined Left Bank Pied-à-Terre:
A Luxury Apartment Renovation and Turnkey Interior Design Project in Paris

Project type: Residence
130 sq m
Renovation, decoration and turn-key project

Transforming this 130-square-meter apartment on Rue de Lille, in the heart of Paris’s Left Bank, into a luxury pied-à-terre was envisioned as a refined turnkey interior design project for the children of a Latin American family. Located just steps from the Musée d’Orsay, the residence offered a privileged setting for a Paris apartment renovation that balances heritage, comfort, and contemporary living.

The project explores a vintage-inspired yet modern approach to Parisian living, focusing on color, texture, and comfort. The interior was designed to feel warm and layered, balancing character with contemporary ease.

A full renovation of the Paris apartment reconfigured the spaces to improve circulation and functionality while preserving the charm of the original architecture. Every material, finish, and detail was selected to establish a subtle dialogue between past and present, resulting in a home that feels elegant yet effortlessly livable.
