Champ-de-Mars, A Sophisticated Haven in Paris

Project type: Pied a terre
150 sq m
Full-Service Project

Nestled in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement, our Champ-de-Mars project transformed remarkably, redefining luxury living with an unparalleled view of the Eiffel Tower. With meticulous attention to detail, we transformed the stunning 150-square-meter Haussmannien apartment into a modern pied-à-terre for a family of four and their furry companion.

Every inch was meticulously crafted to blend elegance with functionality, from the charming details of its architecture to the modern comforts of home. Along with the significant changes in the layout and central to the design narrative was the notion of privacy without compromising the panoramic views. Carefully curated elements ensure that while guests can be invited to enjoy the unparalleled vistas from the master room, the owners can also enjoy a sense of seclusion and intimacy in the sleeping quarters of the master bedroom suite. Every aspect of the design was meticulously crafted to capitalize on the breathtaking panorama, ensuring that every moment spent within the suite was a celebration of Parisian allure.

The transformation of the Champ-de-Mars project epitomizes the fusion of architectural ingenuity and artistic vision. It stands as a testament to the harmonious coalescence of modern luxury and timeless elegance, offering a sanctuary where the beauty of Paris is not merely observed but experienced in its entire splendor.

From Lichelle

One of the things I appreciate most about design is that extraordinary moments rarely come from adding more, but from knowing what deserves to remain the focus.

This home reminded me that when architecture, light, and interiors exist in harmony, nothing needs to compete for attention. Everything simply belongs. That sense of balance is something I continue to pursue in every home I design.

See the Before & After of Champ-de-Mars Project

A 150m2 parisian apartment in the 7th arrondissement with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, completely reconfigured as a full-service pied-à-terre for a family of four. The renovation rebuilt the layout so the master suite could offer genuine privacy while the living areas remained open to the iconic view, finishing the result in marble surfaces, a soft neutral palette, built-in seating, and the considered details that define a chic paris apartment done without excess.

Lichelle Silvestry directed every aspect of the project, from structural changes through to final furnishing, delivering a standard of interior design Paris where one of the city's most iconic views becomes an intrinsic part of the brief.
